Placing Orders

You will receive an email confirmation once an order is placed as well as when there are updates or order status changes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number if applicable.  If you'd prefer to check status of your order through our site, be sure to create an online account with bySonyaMarie.com

 

Processing Orders

Orders received prior to 12 pm are processed within 2 business days of receipt unless extenuating circumstances prevent such.  For your convenience, you may login to your online account after 2 business days to check status of your order. If you upgrade to expedited shipping, your item will be processed within 2 business days of receipt then shipped by express mail or your item will be processed within 1 business day then sent priority mail.

 

Order Cancellation or Modification

You may cancel or modify your order before it is processed by immediately emailing customersupport@bysonyamarie.com.   Once the order has been processed and shipped the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

Types of Payment Accepted

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.  All orders will be charged in U.S. dollars and are transmitted through our securly encrypted payment gateway Beanstream.

 

Security Policy

All order information sent to www.bySonyaMarie.com is encrypted. The information requested from you during the checkout process is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database. After you complete a transaction on our website, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.

 

Shipping Cost

Once your order is processed we will ship it to you via USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping costs are as follows: 

 

USA

Priority shipping is just $7.90 on all orders under $100 and should arrive in 3 to 6 business days. *This is only if item is in stock and available.

 

Canada

United Kingdom

Where We Ship

Sales Tax & Import Duties

We are not registered for GST at this time and therefore will not apply sales tax to purchases.  If you are shopping outside of United States, additional import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges may apply.

 

Refused Shipment

By Sonya Marie will not be responsible for any fees charged by customs or other tax authorities. If you refuse any shipments from By Sonya Marie, you will remain responsible for all of the original shipping and handling charges, duties, taxes and customs charges incurred upon receiving your order (“incoming charges”) as well as all of the costs associated with returning the package to By Sonya Marie (“outgoing charges”). These incoming and outgoing charges will be deducted from your merchandise exchange credit. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered then taken or stolen from your shipping address. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns (except for items marked as "Final Sale") postmarked within 7 business days from the day the merchandise is received by you (“return period”).  Merchandise must be returned in the exact, new and re-sellable condition in which it was shipped.  Cash refunds are not permitted; however, you may return any item and receive an exchange credit. Returns that are requested or received after the 7th day return period will NOT be accepted. We will offer you the exchange credit after we have received and evaluated the merchandise.  Please review the required steps for returning items below.

If you return an item, you will remain responsible for all of the original shipping and handling charges, duties and customs charges incurred upon receiving your order (“incoming charges”) as well as all of the costs associated with returning the package to By Sonya Marie (“outgoing charges”). These incoming and outgoing charges will be deducted from your merchandise exchange credit. Please note however that shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be credited IF there is a physical defect in the merchandise discovered upon receipt. Refunds may take up to 7 business days from the day we receive the merchandise to be processed.

 

Steps To Return an Item

You will need to email customer service at customersupport@bysonyamarie.com for all return inquiries. Please include your order number, date of purchase and reason for return. All requests will be considered and responded to within 2 business days.  If the item is deemed acceptable for return, we will immediately email you a return authorization form which must be included with the item along with a copy of the receipt.
